Producing mini-documentaries for Great Big Story

Great Big Story, a YouTube channel owned by CNN at the time, commissioned us to find and share stories of people doing remarkable things for nature conservation

The Great Big Story collaboration with Ben Brown is some of my proudest work to date. This was the first time I was the sole producer on this shoot, tapping into my organisational skills, helping with story direction, scripting, building a team, and managing the shoot and workflow to create a video that shared an issue particularly close to my heart - wildlife conservation. Through this video and some behind the scenes vlogs, we even managed to fund 2 new anti-poaching dogs for the team featured in this video.

Another Great Big Story collaboration where I worked as an assistant producer and assistant to the director. I was more involved with the behind the scenes of the day to day production activities for this video and so had less creative input but we still managed to pull together a beautiful story and piece.

Telling the emotive stories of past students of GetSmarter, an innovator in the online education space establishing themselves in a pre-COVID world.

3x Videos sharing past students stories, created as organic and paid marketing content to inspire prospective students to enrol in a course. Hours of A-roll and on-location B-roll was supplied, with a rough brief. I was in charge of refining the direction of the story as well as all post production editing, aligning the video style to the brand guidelines.
